Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking an Inspector for 1st shift in Waukesha, WI. The role involves assembly inspections of transformers/regulators, electrical testing, and adherence to quality standards. Core hours are 5:00 am to 1:00 pm with overtime possible.

The position offers benefits from day one, weekly pay, and shift premiums for off shifts. Candidates must have at least one year of manufacturing experience and be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of the work location only.

Responsibilities

• Inspect transformers/regulators per procedures and perform electrical testing.
• Inspect nameplates and seal nameplates to units.
• Perform visual inspections during assembly and weekly oil tests.
• Maintain test equipment and perform routine tests as required.
• Assist Engineering and Manufacturing in resolving shop floor issues.
• Document inspection results and collect data per procedures.
