Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Inspector - 1st Shift to join our team in Waukesha, WI. The role focuses on assembly inspections of transformers and regulators, with testing and quality conformance per procedures.

The position offers an hourly rate of $24.45, a 5:00 am–1:00 pm core shift, and overtime may be required. Benefits include health, holidays, retirement and other programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship and within 50 miles of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Inspect transformers/regulators per procedures.
• Perform electrical testing on assembled units.
• Monitor conformance to quality standards.
• Complete weekly oil sample tests.
• Perform minor maintenance of test equipment.
• Assist Engineering/Manufacturing in resolving shop-floor problems.
