Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Nacogdoches, TX is seeking a Casing/Crating Transformer Assembler for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.). The role involves final assembly of transformers and requires hands-on work across multiple work centers, including tank-up, casing, and final assembly.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to work 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM shift and overtime may be required.
• Must be within 50-mile radius of the Nacogdoches, TX facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly operations of transformers per standard methods and procedures.
• Attach and install components to transformer tanks and sub-assemblies.
• Anchor core/coil assemblies into tanks with precision.
• Operate vacuum system and conduct temperature and leak checks.
• Follow instructions and rework nonconforming parts to meet quality standards.
