DN Tanks LLC is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead regional staffing for projects and to partner with operation teams to hire, train and develop traveling tank builders. You will coordinate with field operations and talent teams to align with safety, quality, and productivity goals.

You will oversee onboarding, training programs, and field process implementations while driving staffing efficiency and project performance across the region.

Formación

• Five+ years in the construction industry.
• Ability to foster growth and support employee development.
• Excellent communication skills for seamless team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex/urgent challenges.
• Proficient in conflict resolution to maintain project cohesion.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with operations to create staffing plans for each project using internal tank builders, unions, and local resources.
• Strategically allocate resources to improve efficiency and reduce job costs with weekly site transfers.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and deliver training for tank builders (virtual, offsite, onsite).
• Provide feedback between superintendents and tank builders to foster learning and career progression.
• Coordinate with regional field ops managers to implement field processes (housing, per diem, expenses, unions, time off).
• Forecast manpower needs and work with Talent Acquisition to set annual hiring goals.
• Oversee onboarding for traveling tank builders.
• Conduct frequent site visits to coach, mentor, and support safety, quality and productivity.
