Qualifications

• Typically, 15+ years of relevant experience with 10+ years in a supervisor/superintendent role.
• Ability to effectively communicate directions and respond to questions.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate work across departments and contractors.
• Train and mentor team members, including welders.
