Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure is seeking a full-time Tank Builder / Welder for nationwide projects. The role requires welding, cutting, and assembly of above-ground storage tanks, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork across multiple sites.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication, and the ability to work with power tools and heavy equipment. Nationwide travel may be required; benefits include health coverage and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities

• Perform arc welding, cutting, gouging, and other metal fabrication tasks.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and power tools.
• Follow safety procedures and job safety analysis; work with team members on tank construction.
• Read erection and fabrication drawings and plan sequences for fitting, welding, and repairing tanks.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
