Phillips Tank & Structure is hiring a full-time Tank Builder / Welder to join our nationwide operations. You will contribute to tank construction projects, perform welding, cutting, and assembly, and work with a team across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and reliability in a fast-paced field environment. We welcome candidates with welding experience, a HS diploma, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• U.S. work eligibility required.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Background checks and drug testing may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Welding skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform arc and torch cutting and gouging.
• Operate power tools and lifting equipment.
• Weld tanks with specified processes (7018/7024/6010 FCAW SAW).
• Read detailed erection and fabrication drawings.
• Plan sequencing for fitting, welding and constructing tanks.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in job safety analyses.
