Job summary

Sitreps in Tampa, FL seeks a General Manager to own the operating system of a multi-team, founder-built commercial services business. You will drive performance through pricing, service delivery, and back-office discipline while preparing for growth into new markets.

You will lead a platform-backed operation, report to platform leadership, and collaborate with a founder-driven team. On-site presence in the Cocoa Beach area is required.

Qualifications

• Full P&L ownership as GM or equivalent in a trade or blue-collar services business of comparable size or larger.
• An operating seat in your current or most recent role; consulting or banking is acceptable but not the last job.
• A track record of building accountability in a sales team: targets, cadence, pipeline discipline, and measurable results.
• Experience raising the bar on an established team without breaking its culture.
• Strong financial command: you read the P&L, model levers, and defend the numbers.
• Willingness to be on-site in Cocoa Beach area every day.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: own revenue, gross margin, EBITDA; manage budget and pricing decisions.
• Sales Leadership: set targets, cadence, pipeline, and a scalable sales motion.
• Operations: run dispatch, service delivery, installs, procurement, and receivables to standard.
• People: assess, develop leaders, recruit gaps, and make judicious decisions.
• Founder Partnership: work closely with founder, translate field insight into repeatable processes.
• Growth: drive new markets and lead integration of acquisitions.
