Job summary

Humphreys & Partners Architects in Tampa, FL is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. You will assist in the development and coordination of architectural design for projects and collaborate with clients, consultants and team members.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects from design development through construction, ensuring contract documents meet standards, and guiding the production of drawings and specifications while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field; licensure preferred.
  • Minimum six years of project management experience; multifamily experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of contract preparation, conflict resolution, and client relations.
  • Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of building codes and AIA contract language.
  • LEED AP certification desirable; experience with Newforma is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage completion of multiple projects from design development to construction.
  • Ensure contract documents are complete and compliant with standards.
  • Provide technical and management supervision to the project team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Oversee design coordination, scheduling and budgeting.
  • Contribute to production of construction documents and specifications.
  • Interface with city officials and agencies to ensure code compliance.
  • Travel up to 20%.
