RSM is seeking a Talent Vendor Relations Senior Associate to support global vendor governance and lifecycle activities within Talent Operations Infrastructure. You will guide stakeholders through vendor processes, manage invoices, maintain vendor records, and help ensure policy compliance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, data analysis, and process improvement to drive operational excellence across engagements globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Ability to independently manage administrative and operational activities across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures to routine and non-routine situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute administrative and operational vendor lifecycle activities for assigned engagements.
• Own vendor invoice administration to ensure timely payments and resolve billing disputes.
• Maintain accurate vendor records across systems and trackers.
• Interpret and apply firm policies to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support vendor performance and issue management including escalations.
• Prepare reports and analyze vendor, spend, invoice, renewal, and operational data.
• Develop and maintain processes, templates, trackers, and reference materials.
• Support Talent Operations leadership with cross-functional projects.
