Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Talent Vendor Relations Senior Associate to manage the vendor lifecycle for global engagements and guide Talent stakeholders through governance processes. You will own invoice administration, maintain vendor records, and analyze spend data to drive improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Ability to independently manage administrative and operational activities across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to maintain accurate records and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and established requirements to routine and non-routine situations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify discrepancies, assess information, and determine appropriate next steps.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build productive working relationships and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, resolve operational issues, and recognize when escalation is appropriate.
• Ability to prepare reports, analyze business and operational information, and communicate relevant findings.
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive business information with appropriate discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage administrative and operational vendor lifecycle activities for engagements.
• Own vendor invoice administration to ensure timely payments and resolve disputes.
• Maintain accurate vendor records across systems and trackers.
• Interpret and apply firm policies to ensure compliance.
• Support vendor performance and issue management with data and escalations.
• Prepare reports and analyze vendor, spend, invoice, renewal data for insights.
• Develop and maintain processes, templates, trackers, and reference materials.
• Support Talent Operations leadership on cross-functional projects.
