Responsibilities

• Lead administrative and operational vendor lifecycle activities for engagements.
• Own vendor invoice administration and payment tracking.
• Maintain accurate vendor records across systems and trackers.
• Interpret and apply firm policies to ensure compliance.
• Support vendor performance and issue management with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare reports analyzing vendor spend, invoices, and renewals.
• Develop and maintain processes, templates, and trackers.
• Support Talent Operations leadership on cross-functional projects.
