RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Vendor Relations Senior Associate to join our Talent Operations Infrastructure team. You will manage the vendor lifecycle for the organization, administer invoices, maintain vendor records, and support cross-functional governance and reporting.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure compliance, timely payments, and data-driven improvements across engagements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to independently manage administrative activities across multiple engagements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Lead and execute vendor lifecycle activities for engagements; guide Talent stakeholders through vendor processes.
• Own vendor invoice administration and tracking to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate vendor records across systems and trackers.
• Interpret and apply firm policies to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare reports and analyze vendor, spend, and renewal data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and maintain processes, templates, and trackers that support efficient execution.
• Support Talent Operations leadership with cross-functional projects.
