Job summary

You will guide stakeholders through vendor processes, manage invoices, and maintain records across systems, while ensuring policy compliance and data accuracy.

You'll prepare reports, identify risks, and drive process improvements in a hybrid Chicago-based role, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute vendor lifecycle activities for engagements with cross-functional coordination.
• Own vendor invoice administration and payments, validating charges against contracts.
• Maintain accurate vendor records across systems and trackers.
• Ensure compliance by interpreting and applying firm policies.
• Support vendor performance and issue management with remediation tracking.
• Prepare reports analyzing vendor spend, invoices, renewals, and data trends.
• Develop processes, templates, trackers, and job aids to improve efficiency.
• Support Talent Operations leadership on cross-functional projects.
