Responsibilities

• Lead and execute administrative and operational vendor lifecycle activities for assigned engagements, guiding Talent stakeholders through vendor processes and governance.
• Own vendor invoice administration to ensure timely payments, manage shared inbox, validate charges, and resolve billing disputes.
• Maintain accurate vendor records across systems and trackers.
• Interpret and apply firm policies to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support vendor performance and issue management, coordinating remediation activities and escalations.
• Prepare reports and analyze vendor spend, invoices, renewals, and operations to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and maintain processes, templates, trackers, and reference materials for consistent execution.
• Support Talent Operations leadership with cross-functional projects.
