Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Vendor Relations Senior Associate to join our Talent Operations Infrastructure team. You will manage the global vendor portfolio and drive administrative and operational vendor lifecycle activities across engagements.

You will own vendor invoice administration, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with firm policies while supporting governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to manage administrative activities across multiple engagements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute vendor lifecycle activities for engagements across the Talent org.
• Own vendor invoice administration and payment tracking.
• Maintain accurate vendor records across systems and trackers.
• Interpret and apply firm policies to ensure compliance.
• Support vendor performance and issue management and escalations.
• Prepare reports and analyze vendor, spend, and renewal data.
• Develop and maintain processes, templates, and reference materials.
• Support cross-functional projects within Talent Operations.
