Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing Dayforce Talent modules or similar talent management solutions.
• 3+ years experience with talent processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, or learning.
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation.
• Experience with testing activities, defect tracking, and validation of talent management system functionality.
• Experience with HR compliance or data privacy requirements in talent technology environments.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce Talent implementations and enhancements by gathering business requirements and assisting with system configuration.
• Analyze talent processes across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning to support design and improvement.
• Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and user materials to enable deployment and operations.
• Execute testing activities, document defects, validate outcomes, and support issue resolution with project teams and clients.
• Support data migration, training, and change activities for client users and contribute to project planning and deliverable management.
