Job summary

Howmet Aerospace in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Manager, IT Human Capital Manager Applications to lead the team that supports Oracle Cloud HCM and related HR systems in a hybrid environment.

You will guide customer needs, drive security and data‑driven insights, and align HR technology with business goals while managing budgets and coordinating with vendors. This role reports to the Sr. IT Corporate Applications Manager and operates within GIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team supporting enterprise HR solutions (Oracle Cloud HCM) and related HR systems.
• Guide and mentor teams to deliver secure, compliant, scalable HCM integrations.
• Manage operating budgets and approve project budgets; participate in appropriation lifecycles.
• Maintain awareness of current technologies, trends, and industry standards in HCM.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal customers to design end‑to‑end HR tech solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for data governance, security, and reliability.
