Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to shape a product-led talent technology organization. You will define governance, investment strategy, and a multi-horizon roadmap, aligning strategy with delivery and measurable outcomes across the portfolio.

You’ll work with Demand Management, product managers, and delivery partners to drive adoption, value realization, and governance across enterprise talent technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and lifecycle practices.
• Ability to define technology investment strategies and roadmaps that connect priorities, funding, and value realization.
• Proven experience leading Client Zero, internal-first pilots, or incubation initiatives to enterprise scale.
• Strong track record with roadmaps/backlogs, discovery, and translating needs into implementable requirements.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, and risks.
• Lead governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, and decision rights across the portfolio.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, testing, and launch readiness.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case to enterprise-scale adoption and measurement.
