Job summary

Deloitte's Dayforce Talent Consultant role focuses on implementing and optimizing talent management solutions for clients. You will gather requirements, configure Dayforce Talent, and collaborate with stakeholders to design effective HR processes.

You will develop documentation, run tests, and support data migration and change activities across engagements. The successful candidate will travel about half the time, possess strong communication and project leadership skills, and bring experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules or similar talent management solutions.
• 3+ years with talent processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession or learning).
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation.
• Experience with testing activities, defect tracking, and validation of talent management functionality.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and assist with Dayforce Talent configuration.
• Analyze talent processes to support solution design and process improvement.
• Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Execute testing activities, document defects, and support issue resolution.
• Support data migration, training, and change activities for client users.
