Job summary

Qualifications

• Six or more years managing talent management processes such as talent acquisition and performance evaluations.
• At least three years in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree required plus eight or more years in HR, business operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategically consult across recruitment social media, events, and asset management to attract talent.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to procedures and timely delivery.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to influence KP strategy and policy execution.
• Design and implement HR programs and tools; monitor performance against plans and KPIs.
