Kaiser Permanente in Atlanta, GA seeks a strategic Talent Management leader within the Talent Acquisition organization to drive initiatives in recruitment social media, asset management, and hiring events, while aligning with KP-wide policies and long-term goals.

The role also leads enterprise-wide talent management solutions, partnering with stakeholders, developing planning models, and ensuring compliance with HR laws and trends, serving as a subject matter expert to National leadership and

Qualifications

Minimum six (6) years experience in managing talent management processes (e.g. talent acquisition, performance evaluations, organizational development, succession planning, etc.)
Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
Bachelor's degree requirement with eight (8) years experience in HR/business operations or related field; substitution possible.

Responsabilités

Develops and executes initiatives across recruitment social media, creative asset management, hiring events, and other talent attraction programs.
Implements enterprise-wide talent management solutions, including planning models, tools, methodologies, and resources.
Collaborates with stakeholders, aligns with KP organizational strategies, and participates in cross-disciplinary teams.
Designs and deploys HR practices and programs, monitors performance, and suggests design changes as needed.
