You will partner with HRBPs, Analytics, Learning, and Executives to ensure programs are strategically aligned, measurable, and delivered with operational excellence across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale succession, HiPo, career and mobility programs.
• Deep expertise across the talent lifecycle: succession, potential assessment, career architecture, and bias mitigation.
• Strategic yet hands-on leader who delivers operational excellence and scalable talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end succession design and delivery, define critical roles, and monitor successor readiness.
• Partner with executives to calibrate potential and translate gaps into development actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide talent programs with data-driven insights.
