Intuit is seeking a Principal, Talent Management to own enterprise strategy for succession planning, high-potential identification, and career frameworks. Qualifications

7–10+ years in Talent Management, Talent/Leadership Development, HRBP, Organizational Development, or HR strategy.
Experience driving large-scale succession, HiPo, career, or mobility programs at global/enterprise level.
Advanced data literacy: ability to build executive-ready narratives from complex data.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise strategy and delivery for succession planning, HiPo identification, and career frameworks.
Collaborate with HRBPs, People Analytics, Learning, Tech/Product, and Executive Leadership to ensure data-driven, AI-enabled talent practices.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end talent programs and change strategies at scale.
