IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Talent Manager to lead talent strategies that support business performance and leadership readiness. This role operates on a hybrid schedule, working in the office Monday through Wednesday and remotely Thursday and Friday.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of HR experience, a Professional HR Certification, and excellent presentation and coaching skills. Competitive compensation includes a salary range of $82,960 – $180,450 and a variety of benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, including 5 years in a medium or large organization.
• Professional Human Resources Certification required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise talent strategies.
• Ensure talent programs align with IAT’s business strategy.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to understand business priorities.
