Job summary

IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Talent Manager in Rolling Meadows, IL to design and execute enterprise talent strategies that support performance, leadership readiness, and long-term workforce needs. You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to deliver scalable talent programs, drive adoption through change management, and use data-driven insights to measure impact enterprise-wide.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence Monday through Wednesday with the option to work remotely on Thursday

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience as an HR Business Partner in a medium or large organization.
• Professional HR Certification.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead through change and develop a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise talent programs including talent reviews and succession planning.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to understand priorities, capability gaps and leadership needs.
• Provide tools, guidance, and coaching to HRBPs and leaders for talent program execution.
• Use talent data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact across the business.
• Create practical, leader-friendly tools and resources to simplify talent initiatives.
