Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Talent Management Partner to design, execute, and improve enterprise talent processes across HR, leadership, and analytics.

You will translate strategy into practical tools and leader-ready materials to develop talent, support career growth, and strengthen leadership readiness. The role collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Technology, and global stakeholders to enable consistent, data-informed talent practices, including performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational development, business, psychology, education, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in talent management, HR, organizational development, or related talent functions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise talent practices including reviews, succession, and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve enterprise talent processes and practices.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, TA, L&D, HR Technology, Analytics, and global stakeholders to enable data-informed talent practices.
• Develop tools, templates, communications, dashboards, and leader-facing resources for talent processes.
• Coordinate annual and cyclical talent activities and deliver readiness materials.
