Job summary

You will drive enterprise-wide HR priorities, align centers of excellence, and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will provide governance, executive communications, talent reviews, and HR transformation programs, serving as the connective tissue across leadership to ensure priorities are clear and execution is effective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR, business operations, strategy, or program management.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or corporate functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience preparing executive materials and governance artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR priorities with the Global Head of HR.
• Develop data-driven insights and dashboards for executive decisions.
• Translate data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership.
• Prepare strategic presentations and board-level materials.
• Coordinate HRLT rhythm: meetings, reviews, town halls, governance.
• Manage special projects for the Global Head of HR.
• Drive governance process improvements and accountability.
• Ensure alignment across HR Centers of Excellence and partners.
