Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) is seeking a Talent & Organizational Development Manager to lead the talent strategy across the employee lifecycle—from workforce planning to succession planning. Build scalable programs, analytics, and processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent while aligning with GRAM’s growth objectives.

You will partner with business leaders, manage recruiting technologies, and drive continuous improvement across HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 4+ years progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, workforce planning, or staffing.
• Experience partnering with business leaders.
• Knowledge of recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GRAM’s talent acquisition and workforce strategy, including workforce planning and staffing mix.
• Standardize recruiting processes, workflows, and interview practices to improve speed and quality.
• Optimize recruiting technology, automation, AI, reporting, and analytics.
• Manage external staffing partners with clear performance expectations.
• Develop recruiters and hiring managers through training, playbooks, and coaching.
• Lead retention and employee engagement initiatives by analyzing turnover trends.
• Develop career paths, internal mobility, leadership development, and succession planning.
