Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and strategic problem definition, uncovering needs, root causes, constraints, and outcomes.
• Frame integrated Talent solutions and determine the right mix of Talent, process, experience, technology, and governance.
• Develop stakeholder-aligned business cases, defining outcomes, investments, productivity, and risks.
• Apply enterprise and economic judgment to workforce decisions across external labor, capital, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, AI, automation, and new operating models.
