- Develop stakeholder-aligned business cases and value hypotheses.
- Apply enterprise and economic judgment to workforce decisions.
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and new operating models.
- Orchestrate cross-functional solutions across Talent and enterprise boundaries.
- Establish outcome measures and define success criteria.
