Resource Algorithm is actively seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source top talent for non-IT roles and manage the end-to-end process. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job postings, and resume sourcing to identify candidates who match client requirements.

You will conduct initial interviews, coordinate follow-ups, and oversee interview scheduling and offers. Strong communication and relationship-building with clients are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–12 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Strong understanding of CV screening and interview scheduling processes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
