• Talent Identification & Pipeline Development: develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Candidate Engagement: initiate contact with passive and active candidates and communicate employer brand.
• Candidate Screening: review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
• Talent Acquisition Partnership: participate in intake meetings and provide labor market intelligence.
• Data & Reporting: track sourcing activity and pipeline health; monitor channel effectiveness.
• Employer Brand Support: promote Signet Jewelers on social media and at events.
