Job summary

Blue Nile, a Signet Jewelers brand, seeks a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to build candidate pipelines and support daily recruiting across a busy portfolio. You will research markets, engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, and screen early in the process to move hiring efficiently.

You'll assist with coordinating interviews, postings, and ATS maintenance while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing and retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in recruiting, talent sourcing, or related talent acquisition roles preferred.
• Strong research and sourcing skills with ability to identify prospective candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate databases, and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active openings and future needs.
• Research talent markets, competitors, and sourcing channels for top candidates.
• Identify and engage candidates through diverse channels and outreach.
• Conduct initial screens to assess fit and motivation for roles.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HRIS.
