Job summary

Jared, the talent brand of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Talent Sourcer in Coppell, TX. You will build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities, using creative outreach on LinkedIn, referrals, and social networks to connect with top candidates.

You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand talent needs, deliver qualified candidate slates, and create an outstanding candidate experience, serving as a passionate ambassador for the Jared brand and career
