Job summary

Blue Nile in Akron, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to identify exceptional talent, build high-quality pipelines and support proactive workforce planning across the organization.

You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and TA Partner to research talent markets, engage passive candidates and craft personalized outreach that showcases Blue Nile's employer value proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on talent sourcing or recruiting experience with success engaging passive candidates.
• Experience supporting recruiting across multiple functions; jewelry industry experience preferred.
• Strong research skills to map talent markets and uncover sourcing opportunities.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Research talent markets, competitors and industry trends to identify high-quality talent and opportunities.
• Identify, engage and attract passive candidates through various channels and outreach methods.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support active hiring and future demand.
• Develop compelling outreach that communicates Blue Nile's employer value proposition.
• Conduct screens to assess fit before presenting candidates to the TA team.
• Foster long-term relationships and diverse pipelines for inclusive hiring.
• Collaborate with TA Manager/Partner to translate business needs into sourcing strategy.
