Job summary

Signet Jewelers is the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry and operates more than 2,800 stores. We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our Sourcing team in Irving, TX to turn data into insights that drive sourcing decisions and vendor performance.

You will develop dashboards using Power BI, Alteryx, or Tableau, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver clear reporting to support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile, cleanse, and validate business data to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that provide visibility into business performance and key trends.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reporting and analytics.
• Analyze data and communicate findings in a clear, concise manner to support informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation to increase efficiency.
