Job summary

Olin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Intern for multiple semesters, based in Houston, in-office. The role offers hourly pay of $25 for undergraduate students and $33 for graduate students, with exposure to sourcing, candidate pipelines, and recruitment projects.

You'll assist with sourcing candidates, maintain pipelines, schedule interviews, and collaborate to improve candidate experience while gaining hands-on experience in talent strategy and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing undergrad or grad HR, Marketing, or business degree (or pending enrollment in a Master’s program)
• GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale; official transcript required each term
• Available to work year-round, part-time (20 hours/week); not eligible for virtual work
• Valid US driver’s license required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided by Olin

Responsibilities

• Assist talent partners with sourcing candidates through multiple talent platforms and job boards
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple business functions
• Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining accurate candidate records
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify process improvements and enhance the candidate experience

Education

Undergraduate or graduate degree in HR/Marketing/Business

GPA 3.0+ (4.0 scale)
