TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for its Local Services team in Los Angeles. You will own full-cycle recruitment across Sales and Marketing, partnering with leaders to design and execute tailored hiring strategies, and driving process improvements to scale in a fast-paced, global context.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and employer branding to attract top talent in a competitive market.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, especially for Sales and Marketing roles.
Expertise optimizing recruitment processes, policies, and systems.
Ability to use market insights and metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Local Services roles from job descriptions to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to tailor hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
Use data and market insights to forecast talent needs and build pipelines.
Drive continuous improvements for efficient, scalable recruitment with a top candidate experience.
Identify, attract, and close high-caliber candidates across levels to meet targets.
Serve as employer brand champion to convey TikTok’s culture and mission.
