Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sourcing role in a startup or high growth environment.
• Experience at a startup, large tech company, or agency.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume pipelines across multiple roles.
• Strong written communication; tailored outreach to diverse audiences.
• Creative, resourceful sourcing approach beyond templates.
• Comfort with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for mission-critical roles.
• Proactively source candidates with creative outbound strategies.
• Craft personalized outreach for diverse candidate profiles.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure smooth interview handoffs.
• Maintain tracking of activity and pipeline health in the ATS.
• Experiment with new channels to improve response rates.
• Represent Range as an employer brand to candidates.
