Qualifications

• 2+ years in sourcing for startup or high-growth teams.
• Experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines.
• Excellent written communication and outreach skills.
• Creativity in sourcing and recruitment strategy.
• Familiar with ATS and professional sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for mission-critical roles.
• Proactively source candidates with creative outbound strategies.
• Craft personalized outreach for diverse candidate profiles.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure smooth interview transitions.
• Maintain ATS records and pipeline health.
• Experiment with new sourcing channels to improve quality.
• Represent Range as a compelling employer brand.
