Job summary

Range is seeking a Sourcer to drive the technical hiring pipeline across engineering, data, product, and related teams. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates at scale while contributing creativity and ownership to talent attraction.

This role, based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA, follows an in-office schedule, Monday through Friday. If you’re excited to relocate, we’ll discuss options as part of joining our growing fintech

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience sourcing technical talent.
• Experience sourcing at a large tech company or agency.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and candidate profiles.
• Creative and resourceful sourcing approach beyond standard searches.
• Proven ability to engage technical candidates with personalized messaging.
• Comfort using sourcing tools and ATS platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for technical roles and build pipelines of engineers, data, and other technical talent.
• Proactively source candidates using standard and creative channels.
• Review inbound applications for alignment with role requirements and Range values.
• Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that stands out in a competitive market.
• Partner with recruiters to schedule initial screens and hand off to interviews.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline health in the ATS.
• Experiment with new sourcing strategies and tools to improve response rates.
• Serve as a Range brand ambassador delivering a strong candidate experience.
