Range is hiring a Sourcer to support our talent team with end-to-end sourcing for engineering, operations, sales, marketing, product, and more. You’ll identify, engage, and qualify high-quality candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience at speed.

This role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA, with an in-office schedule Monday through Friday. If you’re not in the area, relocation discussion is available as part of your journey to joining Range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience at a startup, large tech company, or agency.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple role types.
• Strong written communication skills with ability to tailor outreach.
• Creative and resourceful sourcing approaches beyond templates.
• Comfort with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities.
• Interest in startups, fintech, and building teams during rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for mission-critical roles.
• Proactively source candidates through creative outbound strategies.
• Craft personalized outreach for diverse candidate profiles.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure smooth interview transitions.
• Maintain accurate tracking of sourcing activity and pipeline health in the ATS.
• Experiment with new sourcing channels and messaging to improve response rates.
• Represent Range as a compelling employer brand to every candidate.
