Garver, LLC, an employee‑owned engineering, planning and environmental services firm, is seeking a Talent Sourcer in Overland Park, Kansas to identify and engage engineering, technical, and professional talent across the business. The Talent Sourcer will become a trusted partner to Garver’s Talent Acquisition team, translating business needs into sourcing plans and building pipelines for current openings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years talent sourcing, recruiting, or related research-intensive role.
• Ability to evaluate careers history, titles, employers, projects, credentials, geography, and progression.

Responsabilités

• Develop focused talent pipelines in partnership with recruiters and hiring leaders.
• Identify passive and active candidates for engineering, technical, and professional roles.
• Build reusable pipelines for current openings, anticipated needs, locations, and difficult-to-fill disciplines.
• Create candidate outreach grounded in visible experience and relevance.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and disposition information in systems.
