Job summary

Coframe is seeking a GTM Recruiter to build the core commercial team for its next growth stage. You’ll focus on identifying and engaging exceptional Account Executives and Customer Success Managers who can navigate enterprise customers and a technically advanced product.

This sourcing-heavy role emphasizes building pipelines from scratch and driving hiring outcomes. You will partner with GTM leadership to refine candidate profiles, accelerate interview processes, and deliver an outstanding

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with GTM search ownership.
• Experience recruiting Account Executives or other technical B2B SaaS sales talent.
• Proven ability to build qualified pipelines from scratch, including passive talent.

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines of GTM talent (AEs, CSMs, and other roles) via outbound sourcing and market mapping.
• Drive candidates from outreach through interviews, partnering on offers and closes.
• Evaluate candidates on sales performance, deal size, and technical fluency.
• Collaborate with talent leadership and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and improve processes.
• Develop deep understanding of Coframe’s product, customers, and sales motion to engage credibly.
• Use funnel data and ATS hygiene to monitor pipeline health and improve results.
