Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a strategic Talent Business Partner to collaborate with our Power Tool Engineering organization and Executive Business Partner. You will forecast, identify, build, and implement proactive talent solutions aligned with business goals, lead talent reviews, org design, and employee experience initiatives.

You will partner with leaders to assess performance and potential, design internal mobility plans, and influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive Talent experience supporting Sr Leaders and aligning Talent to business goals.
• Progressive Generalist experience with a focus on leadership level partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to create presence in the business and advocate Talent as a strategic partner.
• Ability to travel within Milwaukee locations; possible domestic/international travel <10% annually.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to assess employee performance and potential to identify talent gaps and high-potential employees.
• Lead the Talent Review, Org Design and Employee Experience initiatives.
• Develop talent plans with business leaders to build bench strength for organizational transformation.
• Coach leaders on change management and keep employees informed during transformations.
• Analyze Talent data to inform business consultation and drive internal mobility.
