Job summary

TalentoHC is seeking a commercially driven leader to drive new business development and revenue growth within its Talent Solutions practice in the South Florida market. You will build relationships, open doors, and turn market opportunities into lasting partnerships with key decision-makers and hiring leaders.

You will own the commercial relationship with customers, mentor recruiters, and guide strategies to deliver effective talent solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven success building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong background in staffing, consulting, or talent solutions.
• Experience engaging senior-level stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and convert new customer opportunities to generate logos and revenue.
• Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and HR leaders to position Talento as a staffing partner.
• Lead end-to-end commercial cycles from discovery to closing and transition to delivery.
• Mentor recruiters and guide delivery teams to ensure high-quality searches.
• Create and expand a scalable, profitable Talent Solutions practice across markets.
