Job summary

ADP in Tempe is seeking a Talent Service Specialist to serve as the trusted advisor for clients using Workforce Now Talent solutions. You will provide Tier I technology support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver consultative guidance across Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Succession Planning, LMS, and Talent Analytics.

As part of the Talent Center of Excellence, you will navigate technology and talent questions post-implementation, ensuring ongoing value and a world-class service

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in client service, HR technology, or SaaS support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Talent domains such as Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, LMS or Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I technology support for Workforce Now Talent modules and related talent tools.
• Diagnose and resolve client issues with timely case closure and clear communication.
• Deliver consultative guidance on Talent processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Service and Implementation teams to ensure seamless support.
• Document interactions and outcomes in designated systems and maintain service quality.
• Stay current on Workforce Now Talent products and share feedback for improvements.
