ADP, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Solution Specialist to serve as the primary contact for Comprehensive HR clients using ADP’s WorkForce Now platform.

You’ll troubleshoot, collaborate with Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits, and third-party vendors, and deliver exceptional client experiences daily. You will thrive in a metrics-driven environment, balancing priorities, multi-tasking, and providing timely follow-up while maintaining professional client communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience required.
• College degree not required; relevant experience accepted (military experience also recognized).

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and problem solver; proactively identify issues and propose solutions for ADP and clients.
• Educate clients on ADP products and services; translate input into practical recommendations for leaders.
• Thrive in a metrics-driven, call-center environment with strong, clear communication and timely follow-up.
