Job summary

ADP is seeking a Talent Service Specialist to be the trusted advisor for clients using Workforce Now Talent solutions. You will provide Tier I support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver consultative guidance across Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, and other Talent domains.

As part of the Talent Center of Excellence, you will help clients maximize value post-implementation and ensure a world-class service experience through multi-channel support.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in client service, HR technology, or similar role.
• Experience providing Tier I support and SaaS/HCM platform support.
• Able to troubleshoot and provide consultative guidance to clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inbound client inquiries via phone/IVR and service channels.
• Provide Tier I technology support for Talent modules including Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Succession Planning, LMS, and Talent Analytics.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues with timely case resolution; escalate when needed.
• Deliver consultative guidance to optimize adoption and utilization of Talent solutions.
